Please contact me at least 7 days before your application deadline so there is enough time for me to review your materials and for you to implement the feedback.

What this service includes

You send me one document (1–3 pages) and I’ll provide:

In-document comments
Line by line suggestions directly in your file to improve clarity, structure, and impact.

A concise Loom video walkthrough
A short screen recording (video plus audio) where I walk you through the key strengths, weaknesses, and concrete improvements I recommend.

Strategic suggestions, not just copy edits
I focus on how your document positions you for the job, how clearly your profile comes across, and whether you’re speaking to what the committee actually cares about.

What you can send

You can choose one of the following (max 1–3 pages, CVs may be longer, please send original lenght):

• CV or academic resume

• Cover letter

• Research statement

• Teaching statement

• Diversity statement

If you want feedback on a different type of document, feel free to ask. It should be comparable in length (max 1–3 pages).

To give you the best possible feedback, you can also send:

• The job ad you’re applying to

• Any other relevant materials or context

Important:
If you want feedback on anything other than your CV (for example a cover letter or statement), please always include your CV as well, so I can understand your profile and give context aware feedback.

Packages for multiple documents

If you’d like feedback on several documents (for example CV plus cover letter plus statements), I offer package pricing.

• The single document review is ideal if you want to test the process or polish your most important piece.

• For full application portfolios, a package is usually more efficient and cost-effective.

Contact me and book your review at least 7 days before your application deadline.

2. Book your review
Complete your purchase and confirm your deadline and any timing constraints.

3. Upload your materials

• Your document (preferably Word)

• The job ad

• Any additional context I should know

• If it is not your CV that you want reviewed, attach your CV as well for context

4. Receive your feedback
Within the agreed timeframe, you will receive:

• Your document with comments and suggestions

• A brief Loom video walking you through my feedback and strategic recommendations

5. Revise with clarity and confidence
Use the feedback to strengthen your document and submit a more focused, compelling application.
